In each room you will find everything that’s needed for a comfortable stay, whether you come for a vacation or work. Hotel rooms are provided with all the necessary toiletries, towels, complimentary water bottles and blow-dryers.

Room Standart 15 sq.m.
Single room (15 sq.m.) includes: bedroom with a bed 140x200cm, work area, bathroom with a shower cabin, a balcony of 4 sq.m.

Guest information
- Wi-Fi is available in all areas and is free of charge;
- Check-in: from 14:00 for 24 hours, Check-out: until 12:00:
- Early check-in from 00:00 to 07:00 cost a whole amount of the first day of staying;
- Early check-in from 07:00 to 12:00 cost ½ of the first day of staying;
- Late check-out from 12:00 to 23:59 cost ½ of the last day of staying;
- Late check-out after 00:00 of the day of leaving is charged as 1 full day.
- Extra bed is provided upon request and cost 1000 RUB per night;
- Cribs are provided upon request and are free of charge.;
- Children under 7 years of age stay free of charge;
- Children under 18 years of age should be accompanied by an adult;
- Free parking is possible on site;
- Private parking lots are available for reservation and cost 200 RUB per night;
- Pets are not allowed;
- There is no curfew. Come and go anytime you want.
